I acquired a Groupon coupon on June 2nd and attempted to book an appointment for six weeks, facing difficulties in contacting Aiden. They are unresponsive to phone calls. Finally, on July 17th, I managed to schedule my first session via text, only to realize that the appointment was set for August 24 due to inaccurate working hours (they do not operate until 8 pm as advertised, and Saturdays are busy). Arriving an hour early, I found the location closed for renovation. Aiden had relocated a few miles away but failed to update the address on Groupon, Google, or their website. They did not highlight this change, simply including the new address in the confirmation message. Once again, my attempts to reach them by phone were futile. Upon discovering the new address minutes later, I drove there and struggled to find parking for 10 minutes (I chose this location for its convenient hours and proximity to my workplace to avoid parking issues). Despite repeated doorbell rings, calls, and texts, there was no response. I waited until 10 minutes past my scheduled time before departing. Subsequently, I received a text from Aiden with the corrected address. When I expressed my disappointment with their unprofessional conduct and mentioned leaving a review, their response was dismissive and lacked any form of apology. They have yet to rectify the inaccurate working hours or address information. While skilled in their craft, Aiden's customer service is severely lacking.
