I visited this salon yesterday for a gel manicure after seeing the reviews and a 4.7-star rating. Examining my nails now, it appears a young lady did them. They are bumpy and not fully covering the entire nail. When I mentioned the bumps to the nail salon lady, she insisted it was my nails. This is the first time this has happened to me, very disappointing as I am new to the area and will not be returning.
I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for years, and the service has always been outstanding! The staff is consistently courteous, kind, and attentive. Sophia is particularly sweet and always makes me feel at ease. The manicures and pedicures are consistently well-executed, and I always enjoy a 10-minute massage from Yolanda as well!
My first visit to this salon was fantastic. I indulged in a green tea pedicure and a UV gel fill-in for my nails. The staff took their time and did an excellent job. I have already booked my next appointment for 2 weeks from now. This salon is now my preferred spot.
