On the whole, my visit was satisfactory, and the staff was courteous. Despite accommodating our group of three, I felt somewhat neglected. Communication was lacking, leading to confusion between our requests and the services provided. Often, my queries were met with mere nods from the nail technicians. My rating is moderate primarily because each of us had varying nail quality post-visit. While mine lasted the longest but were slightly misaligned, one person experienced lifting nails after a few days, and the third had a great appearance but the gel polish peeled off after two weeks. I may consider returning for a spa pedicure or a fill, rather than a full nail service.

I have been a loyal patron of Today Nail and Spa for many years. The service is exceptional, and the staff members are incredibly friendly. Andy and Yen, the proprietors, are delightful with their clientele, and I will continue to support their business. They pay attention to your preferences, and I am a thoroughly satisfied customer.

The salon was calm and not too crowded. My spouse and child accompanied me, but the staff struggled to comprehend our requests. For instance, instead of a full gel manicure that was requested, they only polished the nails with gel. The elderly woman who performed my pedicure was quite rough, nearly causing me to bleed by digging into my cuticles. Despite my repeated requests to stop, she persisted until I firmly asked her to cease. Additionally, the color I settled for was a poor mix, not resembling what I had shown them. Hidden upcharges were revealed only during checkout. None of the pedicure packages included callus removal, although the gentleman mentioned he would do it without specifying it was an additional cost. At the end, we were given conflicting totals by three different individuals, which was slightly confusing. While the experience was not terrible, it did not meet our expectations. Clear communication throughout the process is crucial to ensure satisfaction and transparency regarding costs. Although we are visitors, our local contacts mentioned they would not revisit this establishment.
