On the whole, my visit was satisfactory, and the staff was courteous. Despite accommodating our group of three, I felt somewhat neglected. Communication was lacking, leading to confusion between our requests and the services provided. Often, my queries were met with mere nods from the nail technicians. My rating is moderate primarily because each of us had varying nail quality post-visit. While mine lasted the longest but were slightly misaligned, one person experienced lifting nails after a few days, and the third had a great appearance but the gel polish peeled off after two weeks.
