On the whole, my visit was satisfactory, and the staff was courteous. Despite accommodating our group of three, I felt somewhat neglected. Communication was lacking, leading to confusion between our requests and the services provided. Often, my queries were met with mere nods from the nail technicians. My rating is moderate primarily because each of us had varying nail quality post-visit. While mine lasted the longest but were slightly misaligned, one person experienced lifting nails after a few days, and the third had a great appearance but the gel polish peeled off after two weeks. Traveled to the Midwest for a quick work visit and my hair was in desperate need of a trim and style. Stumbled upon this salon with impressive 4.7-star ratings. Had my hair done by Lisa and I was blown away! She truly worked magic on my hair, and the price was quite fair. Lisa was incredibly warm and made me feel right at home.
