I was searching for a salon in Herrin where I could have a manicure without the use of drills, and I discovered Amazon through an online search. I called to book an appointment, and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. I've had numerous negative experiences at salons in the past, from being forgotten about to waiting for over an hour despite having an appointment, and even leaving with ruined nails. After nearly 20 years of trying different salons in the area without finding the right fit, I was unsure of what to expect... but it was AMAZING! It felt like catching up with an old friend. Even though I hadn't met anyone there before, I was welcomed with open arms. The staff went out of their way to find the nail polish colors I wanted and treated me like a valued friend. The experience was so wonderful that I'm now going back for a hair appointment too! I highly recommend their services.
