My mom and I entered on a whim, and they were extremely flexible. My own experience was fantastic, my pedicure turned out beautifully (French pedicure, see photo attached). However, my mom's experience was not as pleasant, as they accidentally injured her feet while exfoliating, causing her skin to tear. Since she doesn't speak English, she couldn't express her discomfort adequately, except for when she noticed blood. Despite informing the staff, they did not even have a bandage available. I had hoped they would offer her a discount or some form of compensation (given the injury, see photo attached). Unfortunately, they charged her the full price. I still left a tip, understanding that accidents can happen, but I believe that providing a discount in such situations would be reasonable. Perhaps next time, we won't leave a tip, which is unfortunate.
I am absolutely smitten!! This place is now my top choice! I walked in and requested a pedicure and a French manicure. The staff were friendly and accommodating! I changed my mind about the French manicure and opted for something more intricate. They were incredibly kind and executed my vision perfectly. Andy is truly exceptional and displayed a great deal of patience. I will definitely be returning!
