Do not judge a book by its cover! My initial visit to Tranquility was a pleasant surprise. Despite the holiday rush, they managed to squeeze me in for an appointment, which I truly appreciated. My nail technician, Riley, exceeded my expectations with her meticulous work (I can be quite picky!). Having frequented numerous nail salons and spas, I can confidently say that this place stands out. The ambiance is impeccably clean and soothing, adorned with a modern and luxurious touch. What set them apart was the absence of typical TV shows; instead, they displayed serene Christmas scenes accompanied by contemporary festive music. Their minimal conversation approach suited me well, as I am not a fan of small talk, maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Although they couldn't provide a neck massage during my visit, I read in other reviews that it's usually included with manicures, so I hope to experience it next time.
