Even though Lisa tried her best to execute the designs I showed her, she later confessed that she lacked the necessary tools to do my nails precisely. While she put in effort, having this information upfront would have allowed me to adjust the design accordingly to ensure a flawless outcome and her satisfaction. The end result was not flawless, but she gave it a shot. I still think it looks decent, but the finish wasn't as clean and perfect as I had hoped.
The main problem arose later that evening when my nails started chipping, and now, less than a day later, they are chipped quite a bit. Paying $127 plus a tip for chipping the next day was disappointing.
Since I'm heading to a festival tomorrow, I plan to purchase some polish to touch it up.
