Even though Lisa tried her best to execute the designs I showed her, she later confessed that she lacked the necessary tools to do my nails precisely. While she put in effort, having this information upfront would have allowed me to adjust the design accordingly to ensure a flawless outcome and her satisfaction. The end result was not flawless, but she gave it a shot. I still think it looks decent, but the finish wasn't as clean and perfect as I had hoped. The main problem arose later that evening when my nails started chipping, and now, less than a day later, they are chipped quite a bit. Paying $127 plus a tip for chipping the next day was disappointing. Since I'm heading to a festival tomorrow, I plan to purchase some polish to touch it up. In the future, while Lisa does good work, it's crucial to thoroughly discuss the design before starting to ensure everyone is pleased.
Oh, my full set was completed in just about an hour! It's been a while since I last got my nails done, so it was great to be in and out quickly. I scheduled an appointment and got Lisa - she did an excellent job! I'll definitely return for my fill to keep it updated ☺️
I will never entrust my nails to anyone else! Cameron was so amiable, with an incredibly keen eye for detail - I truly enjoyed my time. The salon is pristine and charming, the best experience I've had in New York!
