Honestly, quite disappointing. I had appointments for acrylic polish and spa pedicures for a group of 3 and upon arrival, there was only one staff member present. My nails look subpar and the pedicure experience was lacking.
Unpleasant, hurried, and painful- the opposite of what a nail treatment should entail! Requested a slight trim and ended up with excessively short nails. The worst part was the excessively hot heat lamp that ended up burning my hand! The technician claimed it was for quicker drying, but I'd rather wait longer and be comfortable! Additionally, there was no relaxing massage included. Save your money and opt for a more soothing experience elsewhere. I won't be revisiting this place!
This spot is fantastic, absolutely adore it! Taylor will ensure that your acrylic nails stay flawless for ages, truly impressive. I've been a dedicated patron of this establishment for over 4 years!!
