I have been getting my nails done here for a while and have always been happy with them... But when I went in for a haircut, the stylist told me she couldn't finish it and asked me to return in a week. She left my hair uneven. I got up and went to the reception and inquired how am I supposed to fix this mess? She suggested using conditioner. That's it. Also made me sign a written consent form in addition to the digital one I signed before my haircut. It took me ages to fix the hair. I visited another salon the next day to get it fixed and they were shocked and puzzled that someone would leave a customer with uneven hair and incomplete. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
10/10 recommend!! I’ve tried various car repair shops around Chicago and The Motor Works is hands down the best. Fair prices, efficient service & always satisfied with the outcome!
