It was my first time being here. NEVER AGAIN. Shape is bad. They colored over the nail. And they’re overpriced for bad work. And they’re rude, always talking in their language right after they talk to you. It’s DISGUSTING!! NEVER AGAINNNNN!! DON’T BOOK HERE.
I gave 3 stars because they took me in right away without having an appt. For that, I'm grateful. Time was of the essence and my regular spot was booked. My overall experience was pleasant with the exception of the product I received. The nail tech was nice and accommodating. But when something's not right and you know it's not right, don't try to play it off. Admit to it and offer to correct it. It's all about the customer's satisfaction. My issue is the color of the dip and the design on the nail. I came in with a dark blue dip with a design. I told them I wanted a dark blue dip. They gave me the color samples and I found the perfect dark blue. I showed them the design, but it was too difficult for them, so I made it simple and they agreed 'no problem'. They used the dip, which was a lighter shade, more like tealish. They said it will darken when they apply some other stuff. I'm like OK. But it didn't, it was a darker shade of teal. The simple design they said no problem, apparently was a problem because it's all jacked up. I told them about the color, and they're telling me 'well, you can see the blue'. No, you can't. Anyway, I didn't have time to debate or anything else, again, time was of the essence. I just won't be going back.
Came in during slow hours and my nail tech was doing amazing. They cared about not pinching me or making me bleed, and the shape of my nails was phenomenal. However, after some people came in, they started rushing and the nail color and the lines became uneven, not fully colored, and just not worth what I paid for. I am very disappointed to be getting this before the holidays.
