The queue system implemented for waitlisted clients is more trouble than it's worth. I had selected a stylist and was placed in the queue. After receiving a notification that I was next in line in 15 minutes, I arrived at the salon within 20 minutes. Regrettably, the stylist had been changed in the system without any prior notice. Upon explaining the situation to one of the stylists, I was informed that I would need to return to the end of the line and endure another 90-minute wait. In total, I wasted about 90 minutes of my Saturday without receiving a haircut. While I appreciate the quality of the cut, shampoo, and service, the negatives are beginning to overshadow the positives at Sport Clips.
I received a fantastic haircut from Alex. They have an exceptional eye for detail and promptly and accurately incorporate feedback. It's evident that they strive to enhance your appearance, but more importantly, they aim to give you a haircut that aligns with your preferences. Additionally, Alex has a friendly demeanor and engaging conversational skills. Opt for the premium package - the shampoo experience is truly worthwhile. I will definitely be returning!
I utilized the online booking system for my appointment and specifically requested Alex. The wait time was approximately 110 minutes. Upon reaching the 30-minute mark, I arrived and checked in, being next in line for Alex. There were two other individuals waiting for Alex after me. However, when my turn was up next according to the system and Alex called the third person in line, skipping both me and the individual following me. Consequently, my wait time extended to 30 minutes. Another stylist mentioned that I didn't comprehend their process, despite being a patron of this establishment for over six years. Given my limited lunch break, I couldn't afford to spend an additional hour for a haircut. Hendersonville offers numerous other hair salons. They have forfeited a loyal customer.
