This establishment is dreadful. We recently relocated here and I was in need of a hair salon. I visited 4 times. The initial cut was subpar, the 2nd cut was the most dreadful cut I've ever received (decided to try a different stylist), the 3rd cut was passable, and the 4th time I made an appointment through the app. I waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes only to be told that the stylist wanted to leave early and handed me off to wait for another stylist. I left. Spending an average of 2 hours for a haircut is unreasonable. I was never seen at the scheduled time. The quickest I got in the chair was after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I don't even wait this long for my doctor's appointments. Don't waste 2 hours of your day for a simple haircut. These stylists show no regard for you, your time, or your hair. This is by far the worst place I've ever been to for a haircut. I'm 66 years old and very easygoing, but this place truly infuriated me. The service is incredibly rude and horrendous.
I am still raving about my fantastic experience! My mom absolutely adored my haircut...she usually doesn't comment on it, but this time she was really impressed! Kris is incredibly skilled and truly excels at her profession!
I checked in online for the next available appointment and confirmed my presence in the store upon arrival. After waiting for 30 minutes, an individual who the stylist seemed to know, and who had checked in after me and arrived later according to their list, was called up for their haircut, while my name was mysteriously removed from the list. When I approached the counter to inquire about this discrepancy, neither stylist bothered to look at me or acknowledge my presence.
