Choosing to visit Beauty Vault Studio has been one of the most rewarding decisions I've ever made!! I had reservations initially, but since having my lashes done here, I have never looked back! I receive numerous compliments and will always enthusiastically endorse BVS! This establishment is dreadful. We recently relocated here and I was in need of a hair salon. I visited 4 times. The initial cut was subpar, the 2nd cut was the most dreadful cut I've ever received (decided to try a different stylist), the 3rd cut was passable, and the 4th time I made an appointment through the app. I waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes only to be told that the stylist wanted to leave early and handed me off to wait for another stylist. I left. Spending an average of 2 hours for a haircut is unreasonable. I was never seen at the scheduled time. The quickest I got in the chair was after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I don't even wait this long for my doctor's appointments. Don't waste 2 hours of your day for a simple haircut. These stylists show no regard for you, your time, or your hair. This is by far the worst place I've ever been to for a haircut. I'm 66 years old and very easygoing, but this place truly infuriated me.
