I adore the sauna! The welcome was warm, and everything was prepared for me. Also, Quin made me feel at ease and provided a soothing massage. This is my second review for HMS and Michael! After years of taking great care of my hair, I left Michael because we moved across town, and I wanted to see if I could find someone closer to do my hair. BIG MISTAKE! I tried two different salons, and both times my cut was horrible. The last one was so bad I had to let it grow out for six months before calling Michael to take me back and fix it. He was able to make it cute again, even though it still needs some time and TLC. Thank you, Michael! I must express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to the nail salon. The technician, Alex, rushed through my gel fill procedure, neglecting to allow the gel to properly cure. Consequently, the gel polish remained wet, leading to a subpar result.
