My visit to this salon for a simple mani-pedi left me thoroughly unimpressed. While the nail technician Rosemary was friendly, her lack of experience was evident. She struggled to handle the tools properly, resulting in a botched cuticle trim and excessive polish application. The pedicure was equally disappointing, with toenails clipped unevenly. Despite the salon's cleanliness, I won't return unless they hire more skilled staff.
My first and last visit to this salon was marred by a rude and careless nail technician from Honduras. She caused pain in my toes and fingers that persisted for a week after the mani-pedi. Although the salon's appearance is pleasant, the poor service I received outweighs any positive aspects.
I am disheartened by the lack of professionalism and the hint of racism at this nail salon. I arrived for a fill and pedicure close to closing time, only to be rushed through a subpar nail job by a tech who seemed unhappy to work on my nails. The owner's comment about having a different person do my nails next time based on ethnicity was completely inappropriate. To top it off, my UV gel polish started peeling within a day due to improper curing.
