My visit to this salon for a simple mani-pedi left me thoroughly unimpressed. While the nail technician Rosemary was friendly, her lack of experience was evident. She struggled to handle the tools properly, resulting in a botched cuticle trim and excessive polish application. The pedicure was equally disappointing, with toenails clipped unevenly.
