I rarely ever, and I do mean NEVER visit any salon or hair care establishment, so please keep that in mind! I opted for Veronica's because my child resides across the street and even though it was nearly closing time they were able to accommodate me. I requested both color and a trim - the process was quite pleasant and the color we selected is stunning. It was quite pricey - I ended up purchasing leave-in conditioner and a new brush (22$) and left a 13$ gratuity, totaling 152$!! I did not receive a full cut, just a trim because my stylist kept mentioning my hair had layers (she wasn't mistaken) but I couldn't convey to her that the "layers" were the aftermath of a haphazard haircut I gave myself out of frustration and needed it corrected. Turns out, if you straighten your hair, you can somewhat conceal the damage!
This individual is a hair expert, she provided me with an excellent trim and I would highly recommend her. She is fluent in Spanish and English, making me feel at ease and delivering a fantastic hairdo. Do visit her establishment, you will not be disappointed! Well done Veronica, thank you so much!
I visited for a haircut to get rid of all my damaged hair. My hair was slightly damp when I arrived, so I inquired if they could identify the dead and damaged sections to cut off, but later in the day when my hair dried, I still had damaged strands remaining. Nevertheless, they provided good customer service.
