Merely had my nails for five days before three broke off one by one during daily tasks like dishwashing, activities that typically wouldn't affect nails when done correctly. I contacted this establishment and inquired about their course of action; they were quite vague but suggested I visit, yet remained ambiguous about the resolution. When I called back to inform them that I couldn't come in immediately and requested a partial refund, the woman promptly dismissed my request and hung up. I'm extremely disappointed, almost enraged, to have had my nails for only five days before experiencing breakage. I feel cheated, especially after tipping $10.
