Hollywood Nails

Merely had my nails for five days before three broke off one by one during daily tasks like dishwashing, activities that typically wouldn't affect nails when done correctly. I contacted this establishment and inquired about their course of action; they were quite vague but suggested I visit, yet remained ambiguous about the resolution. When I called back to inform them that I couldn't come in immediately and requested a partial refund, the woman promptly dismissed my request and hung up. I'm extremely disappointed, almost enraged, to have had my nails for only five days before experiencing breakage. I feel cheated, especially after tipping $10. Perhaps I should have read the reviews beforehand.

If you seek comfort and a non-judgmental atmosphere, this is the perfect spot! The duo running this place, a married couple, does an outstanding job!! They are genuinely kind and their work is top-notch!! I won't go anywhere else! I'm quite selective and have only had my nails done a few times in my life because I was either uneasy or unsatisfied with the work, or both. But when we came here for our daughter's nails and feet for graduation and prom, and they hand-drew Disney characters flawlessly, I was amazed!! Since that day, a decade ago, I've been a loyal customer and just as they are loyal to their craft, I am loyal to them!! You receive exceptional service, they are incredibly sweet, the ambiance is serene, and don't hesitate to engage with them because they are genuinely kind!! Among my favorite individuals in the world forever! Give them a try and mention Lana sent you! :)
