I rarely ever, and I do mean NEVER visit any salon or hair care establishment, so please keep that in mind! I opted for Veronica's because my child resides across the street and even though it was nearly closing time they were able to accommodate me. I requested both color and a trim - the process was quite pleasant and the color we selected is stunning. It was quite pricey - I ended up purchasing leave-in conditioner and a new brush (22$) and left a 13$ gratuity, totaling 152$!! I did not receive a full cut, just a trim because my stylist kept mentioning my hair had layers (she wasn't mistaken) but I couldn't convey to her that the "layers" were the aftermath of a haphazard haircut I gave myself out of frustration and needed it corrected.
