We brought our 2.5 year old son for ear piercing with John, and it was a fantastic experience. He was welcoming and knowledgeable. No tears were shed! John was attentive to placement and displayed great professionalism. Would recommend to anyone with little ones. They also pierced my second hole and did an excellent job!
Avoid visiting this place if you seek a positive customer experience and quality service! I phoned last week and informed the person on the line that my child needed a haircut and a blowout, specifying her long thick, curly hair. We were scheduled for 2:30. However, upon arrival, we were 9 minutes late due to traffic. The stylist was unfriendly, did not engage with my daughter, and chatted with colleagues throughout the appointment. The haircut was uneven, and her demeanor was simply rude! She mentioned she couldn't dedicate the entire time to my daughter as she needed to pick up her child - not my concern. I paid for a service and received poor treatment. Improve your service quality! This should have been an enjoyable and pleasant experience.
