Brittany has styled my hair countless times over my 45 years. She is EXCEPTIONAL with color and I adore my hair cut/styles every single time. She is incredibly kind and genuine. Whenever my mom visits from Montana, she insists on seeing Karen, who pampers her and styles her hair beautifully! Thank you all immensely.
An awful experience with Taylor. Never returning. I visited for a hair cut and color. I chose a specific copper shade for my highlights. I ended up with more of a red hue. She offered to fix it but it would require an additional 20 minutes on top of the 3.5 hours it took for my color service. The cut was a disaster: I showed her a photo of the simple cut I desired. She blow-dried and straightened my hair BEFORE the cut, then just trimmed instead of actually cutting my hair. Since it was already flat ironed, she couldn't even style it, so I left without knowing how it would look. I have never encountered anything like this or had such a dreadful experience at a hair salon before. I paid $225 and now I have to go to another salon to fix everything she messed up: color and cut. Completely ruined my day and my mood, not just my hair.
