My 9 year old decided to give himself a DIY haircut and ended up with a few bald spots. He didn't want a full shave, so we were in a bit of a pickle. The team at the salon came up with multiple solutions, gave him a fantastic haircut considering the circumstances, and devised a plan for future visits. Initially, he was upset and closed off, but he left feeling confident and happy, even saying he'd love to go back every week. I appreciate their professionalism, expertise, and kindness. We'll definitely be returning.
