My teenage daughter's usual stylist Taylor no longer works at this salon. So we took a chance with another female stylist. My daughter asked for a trim, and that she liked her bangs no shorter than past her eyebrows. The stylist ended up cutting it way shorter, my daughter was about to say something but it was too late. It was very obvious that she was still learning how to cut hair. My daughter was extremely disappointed with her haircut. She has prom coming up, and really wanted her hair to look right.

I wanted to like this place as it was recommended to me and needed a trim to get me through until my appt at my usual salon. Staff were very friendly, unfortunately, after inspecting the haircut at home I was very disappointed. I asked for the length to be maintained with lots of layers and face framing pieces. I got layers alright, but they are very uneven and choppy. The ends are heavy - i have thick asian hair which requires feathering to remove some bulk. Also, my hair was burnt during the blow drying process. I provided a picture at the beginning, and the end result came out nowhere close to the cut or style of the inspo picture. I will have to go elsewhere to get my haircut fixed and will not be returning here in the future.

I've been going here for haircuts since 2019. Samantha is always spot on with her work, and the vibe is always super chill.
