The prices at this place are through the roof! I went in to get a flyer copied and needed between 300 to 600 copies. When I inquired about the cost, I was quoted $150 for 300 copies after using a coupon. For 600 copies, it was $275 with a different coupon. Decided to go ahead with the 600 copies, but then was hit with a 30% rush job fee to get them the same day. Otherwise, I'd have to wait until noon the next day. Changed my mind and went to the Newark library where I got 400 color copies done for only $100 in just 15 minutes. It's clear why Staples is struggling - they nickel and dime their customers. Instead of utilizing a self-serve unit or just quickly making the copies, they let $275 walk out the door because of a rush fee. Glad I went elsewhere for a faster and cheaper option!
When I was checking out, Victoria handled my transaction. She inquired if I had the app on my phone, which I did but needed to update. Victoria assisted me in updating it, and a few items popped up with coupons. She even allowed me to go back and apply a coupon to some Clorox wipes, making them much more affordable than anywhere else.
