DR ERIN IS THE BEST. I arrived just 20 minutes ago and experienced the most exceptional service in an office setting. Every person greeted me warmly and assisted me promptly, reducing my wait times. My interaction with Chelsea (apologies for any misspelling) was effortless; she was incredibly kind and approachable, making me feel like I was chatting with a close friend. Chelsea displayed genuine concern for my issues and ensured all my paperwork was meticulously filled out, leaving no important details overlooked. The next staff member I encountered was equally pleasant; she sat with me in a relaxed manner, attentively listening to my concerns and asking insightful follow-up questions to ensure she grasped the full picture. The X-ray process was efficient and lighthearted, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere reminiscent of spending time with friends, making my first visit truly memorable. I especially appreciated receiving a new patient goodie bag – how adorable! I nearly forgot it, but the staff kindly reminded me and shared a laugh when I initially headed in the wrong direction while leaving the building.
