Arrived slightly ahead of our scheduled time only to discover that our presence was not acknowledged in advance. Despite booking the appointment well in advance and having paid the deposit for three appointments, it took them 15 minutes to locate our reservation. We were left waiting until it was confirmed that no one had actually made our appointment. The salon was bustling with individuals coming and going without appointments, causing congestion as they navigated through the chairs. The atmosphere was chaotic with everyone speaking loudly. During the nail service, the technicians would answer personal phone calls, paying little attention to us. At one point, while attending to one of us, a technician got up to try on clothes that had been delivered. There was a lack of effort to engage in conversation, resulting in a highly unprofessional experience. Despite this, the final nail results were satisfactory. Our visit lasted a lengthy 5 hours for the three of us.

The pricing is becoming exorbitant, charging $220 for a peekaboo style is outrageous! 😡

My scheduled appointment was not honored, and I was left waiting for about 40 minutes past the designated time. The tools used appeared unsanitized and visibly dirty. The nails ended up being excessively thick, and the paint chipped off within a week. While the initial design was appealing, I had to remove the nails a week and a half later due to their thickness, which made the removal process challenging.
