I began getting my naturally curly hair straightened at this salon twice a month in January 2024. Now, at the end of May 2024, my hair has lost its natural curl and been replaced with a perm chemical. Other clients had warned me about this outcome, but I didn't heed their advice. Despite their denial, the presence of chemicals in my hair is undeniable. They also restrict the use of personal shampoo. I urge caution to others considering this salon.

I had such a splendid experience on May 29th, the day of my birthday. After the skilled stylists worked their magic on my hair, everyone burst into song, wishing me a happy birthday. It was a truly touching moment that nearly brought tears to my eyes. One of the most memorable moments of my life. I wish I had captured it on camera. Every lady in the salon exuded beauty and positive energy. I returned for a touch-up on June 6th and also brought my daughters along to get their hair done.
