My child is 13. She showed Mariana a photo of the hairstyle she wanted and I ran to the store next door to grab a few things. About 7 minutes later, my child called me in tears, saying the stylist had already finished cutting her hair and she despised it. When I saw the cut, I was taken aback. Mariana had chopped off my child's hair on both sides, with no layers at all, despite the request for curtain bangs with a photo reference. She took an inch off the back, cut two large chunks in the front, and rushed my child out. We felt cheated. I had to thin out and layer the front of my child's hair at home. I'm no expert, but thankfully I managed to improve the look. Save your money or try Great Clips instead.
Whenever I try to schedule online, their system never works. Then, when I walk in, I always get turned away. I'm told they no longer accept walk-ins.
The only stylist who could cut my hair well is no longer here. The others I've tried can't seem to handle cutting straight hair effectively.
