Heidi styled my hair for years, and I must say she's the finest hairdresser I've ever had. Sadly, after moving to Nevada, I've yet to find someone who can style my hair as perfectly. My hair always looked fabulous! Thanks, Heidi.
I just departed from this salon. I intended to book an appointment, but despite waiting, the salon was empty with the front door wide open! Not only did I miss out on an appointment, but I'm concerned about the merchandise left unattended. There were plenty of valuable items just waiting to be taken. It seems new clients are not welcome here.
I arranged an appointment for my 84-year-old father at 11:30 am on 2/20, arrived on time, and the stylist on duty (with only one other client) claimed there was no 11:30 appointment. After checking further, she mentioned it had been canceled, but without any notification to us or reasons provided. What's the purpose of having a scheduling system then? Furthermore, the stylist handed me a card with the owner's name, implying the owner would "get to the bottom of it"... the bottom of what exactly? The fact that they canceled without informing us? Why should I be the one to contact the owner? The stylist should have immediately reached out to the owner to clarify the situation. She even mentioned they have their set clientele, so does that mean new clients are disregarded? Poor business practice! I won't be returning, and I won't be calling the owner either. They have my contact information, if they wish to apologize, they can reach out to me.
