My son and I had an appointment with Alex and he was fantastic. Incredibly charming shop, welcoming staff, and did a fantastic job on both my son's hair and mine. Totally worth the trip for us to come here. My son got his first ever color on his hair and is thrilled with it. Thanks for accommodating us and delivering excellent service. You guys are amazing!! Not a good experience! I had to wait 20 mins past my appointment time, then I was passed around between 3 other clients. He was extremely overbooked and rushed through my appointment. Moreover, he didn’t follow any of my requests for my hair?! It turned out much too dark and the highlights he added bled. There's a clear line where the dark and blonde meet. Not satisfied.
