Took my spouse here as a walk-in, and after a 20-minute wait, we just wanted a simple pedicure. They presented a color selection to her, but she only wanted a clean-up, no color. The technician spent a mere 5 minutes cutting and filing her toenails, then tried to upsell by insisting on adding color.
