Took my spouse here as a walk-in, and after a 20-minute wait, we just wanted a simple pedicure. They presented a color selection to her, but she only wanted a clean-up, no color. The technician spent a mere 5 minutes cutting and filing her toenails, then tried to upsell by insisting on adding color. We declined, paid, and upon closer inspection, her feet were left unfinished.
I visited for a fill-in, and things were going well until the nail technician started behaving rudely. She demanded payment before even starting to paint my nails. They didn't have the rose gold shade I wanted, and seemed clueless about it. When it came time to dry my nails, she rushed me to sign off. It was a highly unprofessional experience. Definitely not worth the $17. Won't be returning here. Save your time if you're looking for quality nail care.
Have been a regular here for years. 🙌 They always deliver quality service at a good price. Typically, a mani-pedi costs around 50 bucks. Additional designs and colors are available, but remember, the more you ask for, the more it'll cost. It's a simple equation - we pay for the service we receive.
