Definitely one of the most well-organized dollar generals I've seen in my area. The employees seem to genuinely care about customer service, always friendly and ready to assist.
The service left much to be desired during my visit. The line stretched all the way to the back of the store with only one cashier available. When I inquired about opening another register, I was met with resistance from an employee who claimed the manager needed to call him up. The manager, while clearly working hard, should have taken charge to ensure customers were served efficiently and safely given the long line.
