As an individual with a disability, I brought my officially certified assistance animal for a blood work appointment. I was informed that my dog couldn't accompany me in their establishment, and this decision came from higher authorities. If my legally recognized medical support animal isn't accepted, then neither am I.
Making an appointment here is a waste of time. Expect to wait for at least 45 minutes. They mishandled paperwork for the incorrect healthcare provider and failed to inform me that the one I preferred was leaving. If I had known, I wouldn't have switched providers. I chose Dr. Collins because he's the only one who genuinely cares. And it seems like they can't retain a provider for long. There have been three changes in just a few years. They refuse to refill a prescription I've been taking for over a year because I haven't visited in person. It's not a controlled substance, so there should be no issue refilling it. It feels like another tactic to generate more revenue. However, they also don't offer virtual appointments. It's absurd. You can dismiss me. I will no longer be visiting your facility. Please reverse the provider switch process. At least my previous provider refilled my prescription without any hassle.
Some of the kindest individuals you'll encounter. They go above and beyond to assist you. Huge shoutout to Mr. Alex, he's genuinely the most pleasant person I've had the pleasure of conversing with.
