Absolutely adored my visit. I entered without an appointment and they fit me in. I noticed they addressed all the customers by their first names. They even brought a birthday gift basket for one of the patrons. I chatted with Frank while he worked on my nails and he mentioned they had been in operation for over 30 years with many regulars. I have never felt more at ease at a nail salon. They didn't rush and ensured I was content. Plus, I've never been more pleased with my nails.
I phoned this spa for a last-minute slot for my wedding since the prior spa I visited messed up my nails. Melissa accommodated me right away and was the kindest person I've ever met. She made my nails flawless for my wedding and was wonderful company during the process. I genuinely adored my experience at Universal nails.
Fantastic prices and exceptional hospitality. I truly enjoyed conversing with the proprietors, and they were very approachable. My nails turned out the best I've ever had. I hail from the Virginia/DC region, and I would opt to return here for my nail care.
