The owner, Esther, displays passive-aggressive behavior. She tends to have mood swings, and despite initially trying to overlook it due to the competent staff, I had to discontinue my visits due to the disrespect. I missed an appointment while on bed rest during my pregnancy, and she attempted to threaten me with future charges. I had been a loyal customer for 2 years and had never missed an appointment before. When I expressed my concerns about her scare tactics, she insisted that this rule had always been in place. I pointed out that I had not seen these rules displayed anywhere in her establishment. In response, she waited until I was getting my nails done to hastily scribble this rule on sticky notes and plaster them all over the salon! I have never encountered such immaturity and rudeness.
Had an exceptional visit. The team took their time with the pedicure, and the manicurist helped me select a lovely French design. Overall, a truly delightful experience.
Currently staying with relatives in MA for the break. Came across this nail salon and had an amazing time. Opted for a gel manicure and it turned out fantastic! The restroom is spotless, and the entire salon has a pleasant aroma.
