Purchased a truck from Raceway Ford of Hartsville. Worked with Riley throughout the buying process. The entire experience was great! I flew down from Kansas to get the truck and Riley picked me up from the Charleston airport and drove me back to the dealership to finalize everything. Paperwork at that point was pretty much all done. The truck itself was spotless and topped off with gas. I was on the road within the hour. Highly recommend Riley along with the entire team at Raceway Ford of Hartsville!
I made an appointment to have my 2022 F450 serviced on 6/24/24 at 8:00 am. I arrived at 7:50. They took my truck back to the shop. Shortly after, 2 1/2 hours later, my truck pulls around and parks. As I was checking out, I asked to be reassured the air filter and fuel filter had been changed. Was told confidently it had. Settled my bill and went to my truck to leave. Instantly, no AC. I immediately informed the service department. They took it back again. 2 hours later, they have decided my truck has a faulty part and they had nothing to do with it. Came there with cold AC, never having one issue. You work on it… no AC. Now the dash has to be removed from my 1 1/2-year-old truck. Service manager Dylan says I won’t get a rental while it is fixed even though my factory warranty covers rental. Dylan was perfectly okay with me leaving there today while it was 100 outside with zero AC when I arrived with perfectly cold AC. Raceway expects warranty to cover repair cost for their mistake. Linden tells way too many lies. Had to correct him while on the phone with Ford. He was telling a lie and didn’t know it was a conference call. I do not recommend doing business of any kind with Raceway Ford of Hartsville.
We purchased our 2024 Bronco from Raceway Ford of Hartsville and the entire experience was great! We “built” the car online with help from Casey and Dylan, and the communication from them both was excellent throughout the whole process. The truck was finished earlier than expected and when it arrived, we got pictures! When we came to pick it up, all the paperwork was done and the truck was cleaned spotless and waiting for us! Jackson was so helpful in showing us how everything worked and Jordan made the purchase process simple and easy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford.
