My mother and I visited the salon for a nail pampering session. While my nails turned out well, my mom's could have been better. During my appointment, I overheard the nail technician congratulating herself for finishing early, which made me feel like the service was rushed. The results were decent, but not up to my usual standards as I have been getting dip powder nails for years. I noticed that the small details were lacking - there was a complimentary drink menu, but no one offered me a drink, and I wasn't even asked if I wanted one. I usually dislike shoulder massages at nail salons, but the fact that it wasn't even offered was disappointing. It's all about the attention to detail. As a fellow business owner in the area who provides luxury services, I was quite disappointed. CONS: Dreadful service, excessively pricey, my nails barely lasted a fortnight. They billed me nearly $200 for THIS, sans pedicure. It's evident they disregard client satisfaction, solely prioritizing profit. They add extras to your nails without consent, then spring a steep bill on you. When I mentioned this to a tech, she stayed silent. The work area and tools aren't properly cleaned. This nail salon is fantastic! The owner, Lina, is incredibly kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. She truly values her customers' input and listens attentively to their needs. The staff member who assisted me, Quin, was very gentle while working on my cuticles, which is something I particularly care about. My manicure and pedicure turned out flawlessly! I noticed that all the other customers, regardless of the staff member they were with, seemed equally satisfied. Although it was my first visit, I am now planning to become a regular patron. I would advise disregarding any negative feedback you may encounter. If you find yourself less than completely satisfied, I recommend speaking with Lina before leaving a review.
