Knight was truly heaven sent! He is exactly the person you need if you have a lice scare or are experiencing a lice crisis of any kind. He is incredibly professional, kind and most importantly calm. He is EXCELLENT with children and made my entire family (including 3 yr old and 4 yr old boys) feel completely at ease during our anticipated nerve-racking visit. He was such a pleasure to get to know during our time with him.
My sons were exposed to lice and I panicked. Knight greeted me in the office and made our experience a very calming one, considering the circumstances. He explained everything in detail and I trusted his recommendations. He took care of who needed treatment and was honest with whom didn’t need it! I highly recommend Knight and hope we never have to return but if we do I know we will get treated with care.
