My mother and I visited the salon for a nail pampering session. While my nails turned out well, my mom's could have been better. During my appointment, I overheard the nail technician congratulating herself for finishing early, which made me feel like the service was rushed. The results were decent, but not up to my usual standards as I have been getting dip powder nails for years. I noticed that the small details were lacking - there was a complimentary drink menu, but no one offered me a drink, and I wasn't even asked if I wanted one. I usually dislike shoulder massages at nail salons, but the fact that it wasn't even offered was disappointing. It's all about the attention to detail. As a fellow business owner in the area who provides luxury services, I was quite disappointed. Despite this, everyone was pleasant, and the receptionist was particularly wonderful.
