This nail salon is fantastic! The owner, Lina, is incredibly kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. She truly values her customers' input and listens attentively to their needs. The staff member who assisted me, Quin, was very gentle while working on my cuticles, which is something I particularly care about. My manicure and pedicure turned out flawlessly! I noticed that all the other customers, regardless of the staff member they were with, seemed equally satisfied. Although it was my first visit, I am now planning to become a regular patron. I would advise disregarding any negative feedback you may encounter. If you find yourself less than completely satisfied, I recommend speaking with Lina before leaving a review. She is the most thoughtful and compassionate salon owner you'll ever meet.
This salon may be small, but it delivers exceptional service. After experiencing nail chipping from a previous gel extension removal at another establishment, I was delighted with the results here. Although I initially wanted extensions again for protection, the staff suggested a different approach. They recommended filing my nails, applying gel polish, and maintaining a shorter length for a week to strengthen my nails before considering extensions once more. I am thoroughly impressed with their expertise and care.
Lina is absolutely fantastic! I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for nearly 17 years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. Its location across from Rite Aid and close to the Hartsdale train station makes it incredibly convenient for me.
