During my appointment, I overheard the nail technician congratulating herself for finishing early, which made me feel like the service was rushed. The results were decent, but not up to my usual standards as I have been getting dip powder nails for years. I noticed that the small details were lacking - there was a complimentary drink menu, but no one offered me a drink, and I wasn't even asked if I wanted one. I usually dislike shoulder massages at nail salons, but the fact that it wasn't even offered was disappointing. It's all about the attention to detail. As a fellow business owner in the area who provides luxury services, I was quite disappointed. The staff member who assisted me, Quin, was very gentle while working on my cuticles, which is something I particularly care about. My manicure and pedicure turned out flawlessly! I noticed that all the other customers, regardless of the staff member they were with, seemed equally satisfied. Although it was my first visit, I am now planning to become a regular patron. I would advise disregarding any negative feedback you may encounter. If you find yourself less than completely satisfied, I recommend speaking with Lina before leaving a review.
