I visited a few months ago to get my snake bite done. The person didn’t pierce me right at all. The snake bite was so low that it might as well have been on my chin. I double-checked with her to be sure it was the right spot because it didn't look right at all. The next day, I called the shop and asked if I could come in for a re-piercing. One of the staff (the one who didn't pierce me) said the piercer wasn't in but I could wait for her, so I did. I walked all the way there and waited for about an hour, which is fine. The piercer comes in, takes one look, and insists it's correct. I showed her a reference pic, and she still said it was right and sent me away. I was upset because it wasn't what I wanted, wasn't placed correctly, and she didn't offer to remove it. I was stuck with it on my face, unable to move it due to pain and tightness. My mom called the shop, and there was a disrespectful exchange in Spanish. I went to another shop, got it redone correctly, and it healed beautifully. Avoid Pelican at all costs.
