Visited this establishment years back. Initially quoted one price, then charged differently upon seeing my hair length. Ever since the service, I've been experiencing persistent itching in one area.
Avoid this place for knotless braids. Showed a reference image, but the braid thickness was far from medium. Thin ends and messy appearance. Braiding product caused white buildup at the roots. A disappointing experience, wasted $160 plus an additional $55 for pre-service hair treatment.
Extremely unprofessional experience. Hefty fees and lack of patience. Approach with caution. Best of luck in finding a better option. 🤞😔🤞 …
