Took my sister-in-law for a birthday surprise, a fresh haircut. She showed them a picture for reference, understanding it wouldn't be exact. However, she ended up with the opposite style. During the cut, she was moved to wait for another customer's dye job, prolonging the process to about 2.5 hours. Frustrated, we left with her hair unfinished, still wet, and feeling very dissatisfied. Our appointment was at 11, but we didn't depart until 1:30-2:00.
