They excel if you can squeeze in. I tried for three weeks and couldn't secure a spot at the one in Harrisonburg or Bridgewater. The last time I tried Bridgewater they asked who I desired to see. I replied I had no preference, but then they informed me there were no openings and abruptly ended the call.
Not typically one to leave feedback but felt this was noteworthy! I booked a same-day appointment at the eleventh hour for a quick trim- upon arriving at the salon, I realized I left my wallet at work. Kendra, who was set to trim my hair, graciously allowed me to retrieve my wallet and return, and still managed to style my hair! Incredibly welcoming environment & EXCEPTIONAL customer care. Undoubtedly the go-to spot!
